1. Introduction
Welcome to Peekalink (the “Service”), owned and operated by Ankida OU (Estonia, registration number 14938566). By accessing or using Peekalink, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Peekalink provides a Link Preview API and related services that fetch, process, and cache metadata (including images and descriptions) from user-supplied URLs. Our goal is to make link previews easy for developers to integrate into their applications.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Peekalink. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.

- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate others’ rights.
- You will not submit or request previews of links that contain malicious content, violate intellectual property rights, or violate any local, state, national, or international law.

Accurate Information: If you create an account or otherwise provide information to Peekalink, you must ensure that such information is accurate and up to date.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, code, trademarks, and other content related to Peekalink are owned or licensed by Ankida OU. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such content is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Content and Links

Metadata and Previews: Peekalink fetches metadata and images from third-party websites. We do not control or endorse the content of these external sites and are not liable for their accuracy or reliability.

Hosting and Infrastructure: The Service is hosted in Hetzner data centers, and certain media files may be cached or delivered via Cloudflare. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Peekalink is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ankida OU disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ankida OU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use Peekalink. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amounts (if any) you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ankida OU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or any law or regulation.
10. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Peekalink (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or otherwise notified to you. Your continued use of Peekalink indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia.
